An OST employee works directly with the customer and delivery teams to ensure we exceed customer expectations. Home Delivery Support Staff are expected to resolve any emerging problems accurately and efficiently. They are confident in troubleshooting and analyzing delivery exceptions and customer escalations. It is essential to the success of this position to provide excellent customer service, respond timely and effectively to delivery teams and customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Support delivery teams while loading to ensure accurate and timely load times.
- Support delivery teams throughout the delivery process to ensure complete delivery execution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support delivery teams and customers with real-time solutions when issues arise.
- Build relationships and trust with customer accounts through open, interactive communication.
Skills
- Customer Service
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), Google Docs / Sheets
- High level of analytical skills to identify opportunities and provide solutions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Bilingual Spanish - Required
