What You’ll Do
- Provide Legendary Customer Service
- Support Customer Success: Work directly w/clients, make recommendations, offer guidance & find the right solution
- Process inbound online orders, answer chats, learn logistics and how to calculate shipping and other variables
- Create quotes and convert quotes to orders, suggestive selling
- Learn basic artwork applications to assist in customization of the products we sell
- Work with showroom clients
- Use CRM to engage with current and future clients
- Become a product expert
- Have an opportunity to lead meetings, contribute to ongoing training, cross train, BE AWESOME
