Headquartered in Arizona, OEM is experiencing rapid growth and is currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Senior Controller who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The Senior Controller will manage all aspects of the accounting and financial reporting activities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all operations in the accounting department, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledgers, cost accounting, revenue recognition
- Maintains a documented system of accounting policies and procedures; implements a system of controls over accounting transactions
- Production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports; ensures that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles
- Produces the annual budget and forecasts, reports variance to budget to management
- Maintain integrity and accuracy of monthly journal entries and general ledger close process
- Provides financial analysis with emphasis on customer quotes and gross margins
- Effectively collaborate with people at all levels of the organization
- Works with external CPA firm and auditors as necessary
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
- Drives annual benefits renewal pricing and analysis
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
- Strong knowledge of GAAP
- Strong analytical skills in accounting and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- 10 years of comprehensive accounting and finance experience
- Financial reporting experience required
- Aerospace and Defense experience a plus
