Position Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Event Assistant to join our marketing team. You will work alongside marketing executives and managers. Your primary duties will be to assist in the brainstorming, development, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and strategies. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as report writing, market research, and data analysis.
Duties and Responsibilities of an Event Assistant:
- Maintain departmental functionality and coordination.
- Assist marketing executives and managers in the organization, development, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Use customer feedback, polls, and questionnaires to conduct market research.
- Analyze the collected data and use the results to improve the company's future operations.
- Collect critical data using analytics techniques. Make promotional materials and presentations and deliver them.
- Work with interns, clients, and superiors to achieve mutually agreed-upon objectives.
- Complete tasks and projects on time.
