About the Position Duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
- Manage customer relationships and provide freight solutions, quotations, and shipment updates.
- Coordinate and track ocean and air shipments, including pickups, deliveries, and container returns.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve transportation and logistics issues.
- Collaborate with carriers, trucking companies, warehouses, and other logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to company SOPs and compliance standards.
- Review invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and process AP/AR transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and shipments are handled efficiently from start to finish.
Work Schedule
- Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST
Computer Skills
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CargoWise is a plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience dealing with a high volume of data entry
Salary
$50,000-$60,000 annually based on education and experience level.
