Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Assist in managing events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all aspects run smoothly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records as required.
- Engage with guests through public speaking opportunities, enhancing their overall experience.
- Utilize conflict management skills to address and resolve any guest concerns or issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
- Support various departments as needed, including theater operations and guest services.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively.
- Familiarity with events management principles is a plus.
- Experience working with children is advantageous for roles involving family-oriented activities.
- Excellent public speaking skills to engage and inform guests during events or presentations.
