Our B2B platform enables restaurants to manage their entire business from a single solution, including reservations, ordering, payments, loyalty programs, CRM, websites, digital menus, marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and much more.

Alongside this, our B2C application helps consumers discover new restaurants, book tables, place orders, access exclusive offers, earn rewards, and enjoy a more connected dining experience.

Our ambition is to become the leading platform connecting restaurants and customers within one unified ecosystem.

As we continue to grow rapidly, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager & QA Lead to coordinate the development of our products while ensuring every feature shipped meets the highest quality standards.

You will work directly with the founders and act as the bridge between Product, Design and Engineering.

This role combines Product Management (50%) and Quality Assurance (50%), making you responsible for both delivering the right features and ensuring they are production-ready.

Your ResponsibilitiesProduct Management (50%)

You will own the execution of the product roadmap and coordinate the successful delivery of new features.

Your responsibilities include:

- Gather business needs and transform them into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs).
- Write User Stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
- Break down features into clear, actionable development tasks.
- Prioritize the product backlog alongside the founders.
- Coordinate feature development from conception to production.
- Define development priorities according to business objectives.
- Organize sprint planning and monitor delivery progress.
- Coordinate Product, Design and Engineering teams on a daily basis.
- Answer developers' functional questions throughout implementation.
- Ensure delivered features fully match specifications and business requirements.
- Anticipate risks, dependencies and blockers before they impact delivery.
- Challenge product specifications to improve usability, consistency and scalability.
- Monitor feature performance after release and continuously improve the product.

Quality Assurance (50%)

You will be responsible for ensuring that every release meets our quality standards before going live.

Your responsibilities include:

- Define QA strategies and testing processes.
- Write comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Test all features across iOS, Android, Web and Back Office.
- Validate every user journey before production.
- Identify, reproduce and document bugs with clear technical details.
- Prioritize issues according to their severity and business impact.
- Follow bugs until they are fully resolved.
- Validate every fix before approval.
- Execute full regression testing before every release.
- Ensure functional consistency across the entire platform.
- Guarantee a smooth, intuitive and bug-free user experience.

Technical Collaboration

Although this is not a software engineering position, you should be comfortable discussing technical topics with developers.

You will:

- Understand the functional and technical architecture of our products.
- Understand how the Front-end, Back-end, APIs and databases interact.
- Participate in technical discussions during feature design.
- Review implementations to ensure they meet functional and technical specifications.
- Challenge technical decisions when a better product solution exists.
- Help identify the root cause of issues instead of simply reporting them.
- Participate in feature validation before production deployment.

Le profil recherché

ProfileWe're looking for someone with:At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, QA or a similar role.A degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Good understanding of Web and Mobile application architectures.Good understanding of REST APIs, databases and Front-end/Back-end interactions.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.Strong written communication and documentation skills.Fluent English (written and spoken).
