Education: Master's Degree in related field
Years of Experience: 20 years of directly related experience

- Contingent upon contract award***
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Extensive expereince in acquiring highly classified ACAT-like MILSATCOM systems
- Extensive experience developing and coordinating all activities and documentation required to support ACAT-like Defense Acquisition Boards (DABs)
- Expert in developing and coordinating all activities and documentation required to support a major source selection for an ACAT-like program
- Highly knowledgeable in evaluation/assessment of solicitation products of a technical nature (e.g. work statements, acquisition plans, technical readiness assessments, contract data artifacts, technical requirements/compliance documents, evaluation criteria, etc.) for technical rigor, adequacy, completeness, as well as appropriate application of the specialty engineering disciplines
- Highly knowledgeable in the DoD Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution process
- Highly knowledgeable in the fields of Air Force contracting and Air Force financial management
- Highly knowledgeable in the fields of acquisition program support
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
