Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, starting at 8:00 am (times may vary)
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- Occasional out-of-town assignments

The Mover/Packer plays a vital role in our operations by safely handling, packing, and delivering household goods, particularly for military families. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude.
In This Role, You Will
- Pack, load, and deliver household goods.
- Prep and crate items securely and efficiently.
- Operate safely and professionally at all times.
- Drive company vehicles (only if hired as a Non-CDL Driver).
- Complete required paperwork and coordinate with dispatch.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Required
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physically able to lift/move up to 75 lbs (with assistance from crew/dolly).
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, physical, and background check.
- Proficient in basic English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Valid ID to access military facilities (Real ID preferred).
- Willingness to work on military bases (bring your lunch daily).
- Ability to complete required paperwork accurately.
- Team player with a customer service mindset.
- Experience operating commercial vehicles.
- CDL and ICC Medical Card.
- Previous experience in logistics or household goods moving.
