We are seeking a Senior A/V Support Specialist to oversee audio/visual systems and ensure seamless meeting experiences in our Dallas office Conference Center. This role provides technical expertise, event support, and collaboration with IT to maintain high-quality A/V operations.
What You’ll Do
- Operate, maintain, and support video conferencing and A/V systems
- Provide on-site technical support during meetings and events
- Deploy and maintain conference room equipment and displays
- Manage inventory, coordinate with vendors, and recommend upgrades
- Assist with IT support and in-office event setups
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of A/V support experience in professional environments
- Proficiency with Zoom, Webex, Teams, and A/V hardware systems
- Strong troubleshooting, networking, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Flexibility to support early morning, evening, and special events
