We are seeking a Program Manager to lead and coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple projects. The Program Manager will be responsible for aligning projects with organizational goals, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of programs on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
• Lead and oversee multiple projects within strategic programs
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
• Align projects with company goals and cross-functional priorities
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues; drive resolution and escalation
• Communicate program status and outcomes to executives and stakeholders
• Support and guide project managers and cross-functional teams
• Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
• 1 years of program/project management experience
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing budgets and stakeholder expectations
• PMP, PgMP, or related certification preferred
