Help Desk Technician (Level I / Level II) MUST HAVE: 4 YEARS MINIMUM experience with Windows, Active Directory, O365, and Azure
Location: Avon, Ohio — 100% Onsite (with possible limited hybrid flexibility)
Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Local candidates only. Must already reside in the Avon/Cleveland area.
Summary:
Our client in Avon, Ohio is seeking a motivated Level I/II Help Desk Technician to join their IT Support team. This role will provide technical assistance to end users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and support the organization’s core technology stack.
Technical Environment:
- Windows OS
- Active Directory
- Office 365 / Microsoft 365
- Azure
Experience:
- 4 years of equivalent IT support experience (Required)
- Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and customer service
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (Required or equivalent experience)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Strong communication skills and ability to work onsite with end users
- Ability to manage and resolve Level I/II technical issues
- Familiarity with user administration, workstation setup, security principles, and cloud-based services
