Job Description:

• Teach Concepts to Staff and Clients
• Sit in on-level groups as needed
• Help facilitate behavioral groups
• Mentor upper house (Disco and Nav)
• Hold clients accountable to the standards of Odyssey House
• Be supportive of clients who are struggling
• Run concept groups for clients
• Transport clients 
• Work closely with the program manager
• Learn and be able to take notes in both Uwits and Best Notes
• Be a positive role model to ALL clients
• Attend T.C mentor meetings on Wednesday at 9:00 am 
• Lesson planning when class has downtime 
• Facilitate assigned level groups

• Reliability to fill their support staff shifts and deliver on position responsibilities.
• Self-starter qualities to independently address issues and needs in our organization's community.
• Teachable - Willingness to learn and grow in their position.

Job Requirements

• Must be a graduate of Odyssey House
• At least 21 years of age
• First Aid and CPR Certification (training provided if not certified)
• Care about people
• Willingness to learn
• Experience working with adults in a treatment setting is preferred
• Eligible to work in the USA
• Receive flu shot, TB test, and COVID-19 vaccine (spiritual and medical waivers available)
• One year of sobriety

Salary : $9,000
