We are a growing, client-centric wealth advisory firm that works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families. We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join our team, support our advisors, and help deliver a professional and seamless client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Excellence
- Oversee workflow tracking so action items are completed without delay
- Handle incoming client requests efficiently, documenting all actions and ensuring proper follow-through
- Process account openings, transfers, money movements, and other financial operations with precision and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to the advisory team, including document preparation and data management
- Maintain accurate and complete client records
- Assist with compliance tasks and documentation in alignment with regulatory requirements
Client Service and Relationship Support
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings by organizing documents, assembling reports, and ensuring all materials are accurate and complete
- Provide prompt and thoughtful responses to client questions and service needs
- Maintain a professional and friendly presence that reinforces a positive image of the firm
Internal Collaboration and Firm Support
- Ensure each member of our team is diligent in completing outstanding tasks
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and elevate service standards
- Assist with special projects as the firm grows and evolves
WHO YOU ARE
Experience
- At least one year of experience in financial services or a related professional environment preferred
Education and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
- Warm and professional interpersonal skills, with a “client-first” mindset
- Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in problem solving
