Position Overview
Odyssey Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-oriented Retirement Plan Relationship Manager to help lead and support our growing retirement plan practice.
This individual will serve as a primary relationship manager for retirement plan clients and participants, helping deliver an exceptional client experience through proactive communication, participant engagement, education, and ongoing plan support.
The ideal candidate is personable, forward-thinking, organized, and highly proactive. They naturally build trust and relationships, take ownership of responsibilities, and consistently follow through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently lead participant enrollments and education meetings
- Conduct financial wellness presentations and group education sessions
- Serve as a day-to-day relationship manager for retirement plan clients
- Assist plan sponsors with ongoing questions, requests, plan needs, and service issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on long-term retention
- Drive participant engagement and retirement plan participation initiatives
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify solutions
- Take ownership of client tasks, projects, and service needs through completion
- Become highly proficient in the firm’s retirement plan technology and management systems
- Assist in improving internal workflows, systems, and overall client experience
- Coordinate internally to ensure high-level service execution
Qualifications
- Securities licensed. Minimum requirement of Series 6 or Series 7
- 7 years of experience within the retirement plan industry or related field
- TPA, advisor, retirement plan wholesaler, 401k relationship management, retirement plan consulting, participant education and enrollment services, etc.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading meetings independently
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through
- Relationship-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Independent thinker with a proactive mindset
- Comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
- Strong technology proficiency with the ability to quickly learn and utilize systems and platforms
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships preferred
Professional designations are not required but are welcomed.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation package anticipated in the range of approximately $90,000–$110,000 , including bonus opportunities and benefits, with additional upside tied to performance and contribution to firm growth. Additional bonus opportunities tied to KPI achievement, client retention, and overall contribution to firm growth

Work Environment
- Based in-office in Oklahoma City with regular client interaction
