Community Outreach Representative
Odyssey Exposure — Columbus, OH
Do you love striking up conversations and getting people excited about a good cause? Odyssey Exposure is looking for a Community Outreach Representative to join our growing team and help local nonprofits connect with the Columbus community. You'll meet people face-to-face and act as a friendly, informed voice for the organizations we support.
This role is all about building relationships — the conversations you have and the connections you make directly help nonprofits grow their reach and their impact.
What You'll Do
- Show up at community pop-up events and represent our nonprofit partners with energy and professionalism
- Share information about causes, programs, and ways people can get involved
- Create genuine, positive interactions that build trust within the community
- Field questions on the spot and give clear, accurate information about the organizations you're representing
- Team up with fellow outreach reps to hit shared goals and keep the vibe collaborative
- Take part in regular training to sharpen your communication and leadership skills
- Bring a consistently friendly, professional attitude to every public interaction
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Great communication skills and a genuine interest in connecting with people
- Outgoing, upbeat personality — you enjoy talking to strangers and making them feel welcome
- Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn on the job
- Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
- Dependable, coachable, and looking to grow in a career centered on outreach and community engagement
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
