Job Responsibilities
- Welcomes and assists all clients, visitors, vendors and staff.
- Provides clients with professional service and assistance.
- Makes hotel reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft.
- Processes client purchases and fuel transactions.
- Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all client service needs are met.
- Tracks arrival aircraft and assures prompt line service.
- Answers phone calls/emails regarding aircraft arrivals/departures & scheduling reservations.
- Inputting customer information into our FBO database.
- Assisting with any other arrangements the customers may need i.e., transportation, lodging, catering.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- At least 18 years of age.
- A valid state drivers license.
- Client service/hospitality experience.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Confidentiality, multi-tasking skills, and attention to detail are a must, as well as good planning and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform light to medium lifting as necessary.
- Proficient in computer operations (internet, email, Microsoft Office)
- Position requires a professional image as well as excellent phone and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to create and sustain strong working relationships across the organization.
- Must be dependable to work a consistent work schedule, adapt easily to changes in the work environment, and have a strong work ethic.
- May be required to work overtime, nights, and weekends to support customer or operational requirements.
