We’re building a new internal department dedicated to resolving unserved documents — where critical thinking and communication make the difference between delay and success.
We’re looking for a Case Resolution Specialist who thrives on problem-solving, multitasking, and keeping cases on track.
Responsibilities- Review cases where documents could not be served at the original address
- Analyze skip trace reports, server notes, and client instructions to determine next steps
- Communicate directly with process servers to get updates and clarify details
- Email or call clients to confirm new addresses or request additional information
- Decide when to reroute, skip trace, or escalate based on findings
- Coordinate reassignments quickly through Process Server Toolbox (PST)
- Ensure every case continues forward until resolution or client instruction
- Keep detailed, accurate notes in the system for all actions taken
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills (this is a must)
- Experience in process serving, skip tracing, or legal support preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read skip trace reports and interpret data logically
- Highly organized, reliable, and calm under pressure
- Comfortable multitasking with multiple open cases
- Proficient with computers and quick to learn new software (PST, TLO, etc.)
- Knowledge of Florida process serving procedures
- Familiarity with TLO, LexisNexis, or similar skip tracing tools
- Background in paralegal, process server management, or investigative work
- Full-time position based in Lehigh Acres office (hybrid flexibility for the right person)
