ODU Law Firm is growing, and we’re looking for a driven Litigation Associate to join our team. What You’ll Do
- Manage a busy caseload and drive matters forward efficiently.
- Take ownership of plaintiff-side employment law and civil rights cases from intake through resolution.
- Conduct fact investigations, handle administrative filings (MCAD/RICHR/EEOC), develop demand strategies, and negotiate pre-litigation settlements.
- Lead litigation on assigned cases: draft pleadings, conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, argue motions, and prepare for trial.
- Play an active role in advancing the firm’s mission and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
- Admission to the MA and RI bars or willingness to promptly seek admission.
- Candidates awaiting bar results are encouraged to apply (employment contingent on passing).
- 0–3 years of litigation experience.
- Strong advocacy, writing, and client management skills.
- Commitment to serving clients and growing as a litigator.
- Law Review, Moot Court, or Trial Team experience is a plus.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 performance-based bonus potential
