The Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable reporting solutions that support business decision-making across the organization. This role partners with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and clarify reporting requirements, develops complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from various relational databases, and builds interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, or SSRS. The Sr. Analyst ensures data accuracy, consistency, and completeness, monitors and optimizes report performance, and troubleshoots issues related to data discrepancies and visualization errors. Staying current with industry best practices, this position evaluates and recommends improvements to reporting processes and tools, maintains thorough documentation, and ensures compliance with data governance standards. Additionally, the Sr. Analyst responds to ad-hoc reporting requests, collaborates with business users to deliver actionable insights, provides training and support to end-users, and acts as a liaison between technical teams and business units to ensure reporting solutions are user-friendly and impactful.

Pay, Benefits & Work Schedule: The salary range for this role is $58,500/year to $91,450/year, however all state and local minimum wages will be complied with, resulting in a possible adjustment to the salary range displayed. - Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Area of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum Years of Experience: 5
- Type of Experience:
- 5 year’s relevant experience in related field, such as sales operations, business analytics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in business reporting and analysis.
- Technical Competencies & Information Systems:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Working knowledge of data warehouse platforms (e.g., Teradata, Oracle, Snowflake).
- Advanced proficiency with CRM and sales resource management systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrated ability to create user-friendly self-service and IT-based report templates.
