What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation: Prospect, qualify, and win back leads through outbound calls and inbound inquiries.
- Market Penetration: Target new market opportunities and introduce ODP’s products and services to potential customers.
- Relationship Building: Foster connections with decision-makers, influencers, and end users to drive revenue growth.
- Sales Campaigns: Execute outbound initiatives including lead generation, account and product penetration, and invitations to training events.
- Customer Engagement: Initiate exploratory discussions and schedule follow-up sales calls to facilitate buying processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Inside Sales and other teams to enhance account development and ensure communication with key stakeholders.
- Performance: Average at least 60 calls per day, consistently producing results and growing customer spend.
What You’ll Bring:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Inside or Outside Sales (B2B preferred).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce (SFDC), and other sales enablement tools.
- Sales Expertise: Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Teamwork & Initiative: Collaborative spirit with a high level of initiative.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competition.
- Personal Drive: Independent, self-motivated, and eager to learn and grow.
