Registered Dietitian (Hybrid) – Abilene, TX

This full-time hybrid role offers a blend of on-site clinical care in the Fort Worth/Weatherford area and remote documentation, making it an ideal fit for RDs seeking both independence and work-life balance.
What You’ll Do
As a key member of the interdisciplinary care team, you will:
- Provide clinical nutrition care for residents in long-term care and skilled nursing facilities
- Complete comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor and document care for residents with:
- Wounds
- Renal conditions
- Weight changes
- Tube feeding
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing, therapy teams, and food service staff
- Perform nutrition-focused physical exams (NFPEs)
- Participate in and support Quality Assurance (QA) and regulatory compliance efforts
- Serve as an active contributor to the interdisciplinary team (IDT)
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential (or RD-eligible, exam pending)
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Texas
- Strong foundation in clinical nutrition & medical nutrition therapy (MNT)
- Experience in long-term care or clinical settings preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
