Position Summary
The Houseperson supports the housekeeping team by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas and assisting with room readiness to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain public areas (lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms)
Assist housekeeping with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
Respond promptly to guest requests and service needs
Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house and storage areas
Report maintenance or safety issues to management
Follow Home2 Suites brand standards and safety procedures
Qualifications
Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
Work Environment
Physically active role in a fast-paced hospitality setting
