Bartender

About the Role:

As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction through attentive service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. You will engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle the demands of lifting and carrying heavy items. Ultimately, your contribution will enhance the overall dining experience, supporting the establishment's reputation for quality and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive motions, stand for long periods, and lift and carry heavy weights as required.
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to meet the demands of scheduled shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wine service.
• Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending courses. (if not we will provide)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enhance guest interactions.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to support overall service goals.
• Bilingual is a plus

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware and utensils.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple orders and maintaining attention to detail.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
