We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated part-time High-Volume Recruiter to join our team in Center City Philadelphia. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking a flexible schedule and have a keen interest in the housing management and residential building trades. As a part-time recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet our organization's growing staffing needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within the housing and residential building trades or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to effectively utilize various software applications.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Software (CRM) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate positive candidate experiences.
- Ability to utilize video conferencing software such as Zoom, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage expectations.
- Knowledge or interest in residential building trades will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize your exceptional recruiting skills to source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of positions within the residential building trades.
- Conduct high-volume candidate outreach through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks. - Implement efficient recruitment strategies to ensure a steady influx of qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation using Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Software (CRM).
- Engage with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with the coordination of interviews, offers, and onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to ensure effective talent acquisition
