ODIN Fashion is a wholesale fashion accessories company specializing in trend-driven jewelry, hair accessories, belts, and other fashion accessories. We work with retailers and wholesale customers throughout the United States and international markets.
We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to support our sales team and help provide excellent service to our wholesale customers.
Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant, you will work closely with our sales representatives and management team to support daily sales activities, customer communication, and order processing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist sales representatives with daily customer and account needs.
- Help prepare, enter, review, and follow up on customer orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding products, pricing, availability, orders, and shipments.
- Follow up with existing customers on new products, open orders, and sales opportunities.
- Help sales representatives organize customer information, notes, and follow-up tasks.
- Provide customers with product photos, catalogs, pricing, and other sales materials.
- Assist customers with navigating our wholesale website and online ordering system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and other departments regarding customer orders and requests.
- Help prepare for trade shows, customer appointments, and sales presentations.
- Assist the sales team during domestic and international trade shows and other company events when needed.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed for trade shows, customer visits, supplier meetings, and other business activities.
- Maintain accurate customer and order information in company systems.
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize, review, and maintain sales, customer, product, and order information.
- Identify outstanding issues and follow up to ensure customer requests are completed.
- Provide general administrative and organizational support to the sales team.
Qualifications:
We are looking for someone who is:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with spreadsheets and large amounts of product or customer data.
- Organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable communicating with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proactive and willing to follow up without needing constant direction.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
- Comfortable learning and using different web-based business systems.
- Comfortable traveling domestically and overseas for business when required.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Interested in fashion, accessories, retail, or wholesale sales.
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, wholesale, retail, fashion, or administrative work is preferred but not required.
Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin) speaking ability is a plus, particularly when communicating with our international customers and business partners.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
