STUDIO DIRECTOR, FRENCH DESIGN OPERATIONS
JOB DESCRIPTION
To support the opening of her new offices in Palm Beach,
Odile Texier is seeking a dynamic and organized Studio Director for French Design Operations, specializing in ultra-luxury French-style interior design, to assist her with her projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with client development: Identifying and acquiring new clients in collaboration with the founder.
- Client follow-up and interior design project management: monitoring ongoing projects, managing client payments, and coordinating with stakeholders; strong negotiation skills required.
• Managing French and American suppliers: maintaining regular contact with service providers, tracking quotes and deliveries.
• Flexible schedule: flexible work hours, sometimes including evening events and domestic and international travel.
• Administrative support: internal coordination of administrative tasks, knowledge of accounting, and budget management. Architectural support: internal coordination of the interior architecture team and project management.
JOB PROFILE
The ideal candidate for this position combines architectural and business skills with a specialization in French-style interior design, along with strong interpersonal skills. The criteria are as follows:
• Must reside near Palm Beach, hold a Green Card or U.S. citizenship, and have a perfect command of English and French; proficiency in Spanish (or another language) is a plus.
• Architectural training complemented by excellent general and artistic knowledge; business acumen is welcome to develop revenue-generating initiatives and manage financial tracking.
• A service-oriented mindset and a passion for challenges, with the goal of building and satisfying a prestigious clientele; candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the luxury sector and high-end interior design.
• Proficiency with computer software is essential for administrative tracking and project management. Required software for administrative tasks: Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe Suite. For architectural project management: AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and 3D software such as Archicad and/or Revit
• Excellent interpersonal skills; knowledge of philanthropy is appreciated for developing client networks.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple and varied complex tasks, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and the capacity to perform well under pressure.
- Experience managing and coordinating a team based on positive values and communication, with a strong ability to bring people together around a common goal.

• Compensation and benefits: Health insurance and attractive compensation, tailored to your profile and experience.
• Prior experience: At least 5 years of experience on very high-end interior design projects specializing in the French style. Knowledge of European art history and French arts and crafts is required for this position. New contacts and partners brought in by the candidate through their professional experience are appreciated
• Vehicle: Travel expenses for specific assignments will be covered by the company.
