Treatment Coordinator (Sales-Focused) – Dental Office

We are a busy, growing general dental practice seeking a Treatment Coordinator with strong sales and communication skills. This role focuses on presenting and closing high-value treatment plans (often $40,000 ), following up with leads, and scheduling consultations.
Dental experience is a plus but NOT required. We are primarily looking for someone with a background in consultative or high-ticket sales who is comfortable discussing finances and guiding patients through big decisions.
Responsibilities
- Present comprehensive dental treatment plans clearly and confidently
- Build rapport and increase case acceptance
- Discuss payment and financing options
- Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending cases
- Manage and follow up with marketing leads
- Schedule consultations and track conversions
- Work closely with doctors and leadership to improve results
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (medical, aesthetic, luxury, real estate, or similar)
- Comfortable with large financial conversations
- Strong phone and follow-up skills
- Organized, goal-driven, and professional
- Dental experience a plus but not required (training provided)
