This is a part-time on-site role for a Construction Adjunct Instructor located in Odessa, TX. The Construction Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching construction-related courses and preparing instructional materials. The instructor will also assess student performance, provide feedback, and support student success through mentoring and advising. Additionally, the instructor will be actively involved in maintaining industry standards and staying updated with current construction practices.
Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years work experience
- in construction or related fields
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and safety protocols
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty and staff
- Relevant industry certifications or licenses are a plus
- Associate degree in Construction Management or related field (work experience can be substituted for educational requirement).
