- Full Time 4-10s, Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm, 3 day weekends off

- Competitive compensation based on experience; Starting pay between $17-$24 including benefits compensation, base hourly compensation of $14-$20 an hour based on employed industry experience.

- Pay increases as the trade is learned, ability to understand the why behind the tasks, and able to efficiently perform tasks.

- Financial pay growth opportunity, pay for these carpenter & manager levels range from $14-$45 an hour based on skills, knowledge, and efficiency

- Work on heights & roofs when required at various heights up to 45 feet

- Enjoys working with hands and manual labor

Tasks to be performed and will be trained to perform:

- Setting up & cleaning up jobsites

- Material handling

- Demolition & excavation

- Driving equipment & vehicles

- Framing, insulation, drywall, drywall finishing

- Painting, trim, millwork, cabinet install

- Tiling, flooring, doors, windows

- Occasional siding and roofing

Use of various power tools, saws, and pneumatic nailers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
