What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sous Chef For small cafe position at Odelia?
We are now accepting applications for a Sous Chef with strong fine dining and high volume experience. Our vision is focused on great food, service and atmosphere. We are looking for Louisiana's top culinary talent to help carry out our hospitality vision.
Must have high volume fine dining/private event experience!
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years experience in Kitchen positions
- Prior experience as a Sous Chef/Line Cook
- Must be organized and a clear communicator (written and verbal skills, computer literate)
- Proven experience in managing and coaching teams
- Highest standards of quality
