- We are seeking:
A highly motivated, coachable and detail-oriented Inventory/Machine specialist to join our Diverse, Equitable & Inclusive Chick-fil-A team. As an Inventory/ Machines specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring inventory items, storage areas, and restaurant machines are well maintained according to established policies and procedures. ( Paid Training will be provided on machine care for the machines we use in the restaurant).

- Main Responsibilities:
- Organize inventory that is delivered every week neatly and timely
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Support Inventory leader and store management in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring execution of inventory procedures
- Support your team by ensuring products are always restocked neatly and appropriately
- Operate and monitor restaurant machines to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance
-Maintain effective and proactive communication with store leadership to ensure everything is in order and appropriate support is provided where needed to be successful in your role

-Food safety handling certified (or must acquire within first 30 days of employment)
- Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience working in a busy fast pace kitchen environment
- At least 1 year experience handling & lifting fragile boxes / stocking/ unloading a truck
-At least 1 year experience handling and organizing consumables using FIFO
- Typical shifts are:
-Monday, Wednesday and Friday: 1:00am-9:00am
-Tuesday and Thursday: 4:30am to 12:30 pm
-Saturdays - off
-Every other Sunday - off
-Every other alternate Sunday - routine machine maintenance (time of day for this task is flexible on this day!) (on weeks where specialist performs routine machine maintenance on Sunday, an additional day off or a half-day may be requested during the week for a non-truck day).
Schedule is subject to change with notice, in the event that anticipated business needs change, which is why an open availability is required for this role.
