This is a full-time remote position for an Amazon Connect Developer. The role involves developing and implementing Amazon Connect solutions to enhance customer experience and streamline contact center operations. Responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and deploying AWS-based applications, integrating third-party systems, and ensuring efficient workflows. The developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and effective customer engagement solutions.
- Proficiency in Amazon Connect, AWS services (e.g., Lambda, DynamoDB, S3), and Integration APIs
- Experience in software development using programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js
- Ability to design, implement, and optimize IVR flows and contact center configurations
- Knowledge of cloud-based telephony systems and contact center operations
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work in a self-directed remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
