Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Oversee all onsite and offsite construction projects
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
- Review the work progress on a daily basis
- Prepare internal and external job status reports
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means, and methods
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Familiarity with construction management software packages and reporting
- Competency in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or proven field experience related to it
