Role Overview:
As a Shift Leader at Odd Moe's Pizza, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Canby location, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service while maintaining the quality of our pizza. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with your team to provide a positive dining experience for our customers. Whether you work on-site, you’ll have the opportunity to lead by example and foster a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train team members to ensure high-quality service and food preparation.
- Manage daily operations and inventory to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in scheduling staff and managing shifts effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
