About the Role
As a Handyman Technician, you’ll handle a variety of residential repair and improvement projects. You’ll have the independence to work in the field while still being supported by an organized team, clear expectations, and steady work throughout the year.
What You’ll Do
- Complete residential home repairs independently
- Diagnose issues and determine effective repair solutions
- Perform quality workmanship in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
- Track time, materials, and job details accurately
- Maintain a clean jobsite, tools, and vehicle
- Follow company pricing guidelines and safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of residential handyman or home repair experience
- Comfortable working independently in occupied homes
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable transportation and a basic set of tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in typical residential environments
