Job Summary:
Odd Fellows Home of Massachusetts, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented House Keeping professional to join our team in Worcester, Massachusetts. As a House Keeping staff member, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our facility, ensuring a positive and respectful environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and offices according to established cleaning schedules and protocols
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors; dust furniture, windowsills, and fixtures
Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with facility procedures
Restock paper products, soap, and cleaning supplies as needed
Follow infection control and safety guidelines at all times
Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the supervisor immediately
Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in an orderly and safe manner
Support a positive, respectful environment for residents, staff, and visitors
Participate in staff meetings and required in-service trainings
Perform other housekeeping-related duties as assigned by management
