We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to join our leadership team and help guide our staff in delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist DON to oversee daily nursing operations to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote resident-centered care.
- Lead Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs.
- Monitor clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Serve as a resource for staff, residents, and families.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Wisconsin (required).
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to nonprofit values and resident dignity.
