Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately.
- Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and replenishing as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide information about products and promotions.
- Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and manage cash handling tasks.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or taking orders over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer interaction.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
