Job Summary:
We are seeking interns to engage with our dynamic team at OCV, LLC. As a Product Owner Intern, you will be assisting in overseeing the entire lifecycle of engineering projects, from conception to launch and ongoing enhancements. Your primary objective will be to assist in the development and execution of product strategies that align with our clients' needs, market trends, and business objectives. You will also assist in QA testing of new features to help ensure a seamless product release.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in collaboration with crossfunctional teams, including development, design, sales, and marketing, to define product vision, roadmap, and strategy for our website portfolio.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market opportunities, user needs, and industry trends specific to websites.
- Assist in gathering and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and internal stakeholders' input.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of detailed product documentation, including user stories, specifications, and wireframes, to guide the development process of integrations and websites.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery of website features and enhancements.
- Assist with quality control to establish and enforce best practices for ensuring the quality and performance of our mobile apps.
- Participate in quality control procedures and reviews to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of the mobile app user experience.
Qualifications:
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, business, engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
- Understanding of technical topics pertaining to software and software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
Understanding of UI/UX patterns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and interns.
