Assignment Details:
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Full-time schedule for a 13-week contract
- $2,200–$2,480 total weekly pay (W-2 or 1099 option)
- Inclusive of $1,064 non-taxable stipend for qualified travelers
- Guaranteed 36 hours per week
- Weekly direct deposit

Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate geriatric patients to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement rehabilitation exercises to improve patient mobility and function
- Monitor and document patient progress using NetHealth EHR system
- Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
- Available for full 13-week assignment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
