About the Role
The Production Technician I is an entry‑level position and a critical contributor to our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll learn to operate precision equipment in a cleanroom environment while helping produce high‑quality, custom contact lenses. You’ll be trained hands‑on, supported by experienced teammates, and given clear opportunities to build technical skills and grow your career.

What You’ll Do
- Learn and perform foundational production tasks at one or more entry‑level manufacturing stations
- Follow all work instructions, SOPs, safety guidelines, and cleanroom protocols
- Maintain accurate production and material usage records
- Rotate through manufacturing functions as part of a high‑performance team
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and work areas daily
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns promptly
- Participate in required training and demonstrate progress toward Technician II proficiency
- Collaborate with teammates to meet daily production goals
- Apply the company's core fundamentals in daily work and interactions

What You Bring
- High school diploma or GED (preferred)
- Basic math skills (addition and subtraction)
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn technical processes

- Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 or similar software
Growth Opportunity
Entry Technician employees are expected to demonstrate consistent attendance, quality performance, and proficiency in either Base Curve or Front Curve processes within 90 days. Meeting these benchmarks makes you eligible for advancement to Production Lab Technician II.
