The Opportunity

Our Client is seeking a Client Manager to serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients. This is a highly visible, client-facing role where you will play a key part in driving client satisfaction, engagement, and long-term value.

You will partner closely with cross-functional teams and act as the bridge between clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery and continuous improvement of the platform experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of institutional clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives for new clients
  • Drive product adoption and ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, implementation, advisory) to resolve issues and deliver enhancements
  • Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, and strategic improvement
  • Support client renewals, referrals, and broader business development efforts
  • Advocate for client needs to help shape product and service evolution


What We’re Looking For

  • 2 years of experience in client services, customer success, account management, project management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience in FinTech or Commercial Real Estate strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Consultative, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field

Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
