Must Haves
- At least 3 years of work experience in a contact or call center (strong preference for retirement call center experience)
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent time management abilities
- Proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office and network drives
- Stellar communication, customer service, and empathy skills; able to go “off script” to support clients’ needs
- High quality standards and strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice-To-Haves
- Demonstrated analytical abilities with a penchant for math
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
