We are looking for a motivated Accessories Technician/Assembly person to join our team. Come join our Octane Outdoors team and become part of something incredible! We need a dependable individual who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in quality work. This position will be responsible for assembling new units and installing accessory packages on powersports equipment. Previous powersports, automotive, mechanical, or assembly experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
- Assemble new powersports units according to manufacturer specifications
- Install accessory packages on ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports equipmentInstall items such as roofs, windshields, winches, bumpers, lighting, storage, and other accessories
- Perform basic mechanical and electrical installation work
- Inspect completed units and installations to ensure quality and proper operation
- Follow manufacturer instructions and dealership procedures
- Work efficiently to complete units and accessory installations in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Properly use and care for tools and shop equipmentWork cohesively with Sales, Parts, and Service departments
- Provide an exceptional finished product for our customers – every customer – every time
- Actively participate in effective training and development meetings
Qualifications

- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with your hands
- Previous automotive, powersports, mechanical, or assembly experience is a plus
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and manufacturer specifications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A clear driving record
- The ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
