Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Nightshift Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastic extrusion maintenance and be able to work the night shift 6pm -6am, on a 2-2-3 12hr rotational schedule (working ever other weekend, 3 days one week and four days the next).
The Nightshift Maintenance Technician will be responsible for:
- Performing routine maintenance on plastic extrusion equipment
- Troubleshooting and repairing equipment as needed
- Performing preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Documenting maintenance and repair work in a computerized maintenance management system
- Working with production personnel to ensure equipment is running efficiently
- Assisting with equipment installations and upgrades
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in plastic extrusion maintenance
- Ability to work the night shift
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
