THE JOB / Event Executive (Experiences) (Hospitality)
EXPERIENCES / Responsible for planning and executing event and experiential marketing programs.
***Our headquarters is in Stamford, CT, but the location of this position can be flexible with a priority given to candidates open to hybrid work (3 days a week in office) in one of our office locations - - Stamford, CT, New York, NY, Atlanta,GA, Charlotte, NC, or Chicago, IL.
We are seeking an Event Executive to join our skilled and dynamic hospitality team. The EE will be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, delivering a collection of hosting and hospitality experiences. You'll work closely with a tight-knit, service-oriented team committed to delivering seamless, elevated hospitality experiences.
THE WORK YOU’LL DO
Plan and implement hospitality-focused events including vendor research, merchandise management, and event communications
Coordinate projects with outside vendors and internal resources
Learn and lead sophisticated guest registration systems
Develop a knowledge and understanding of client’s content topics, priorities and business initiatives
Manage agendas and take detailed notes for weekly meetings with both internal and external partners
Coordinate status details on pre-event meeting agendas, i.e., transportation, F&B, and other activities
Design, prepare and distribute event execution guides, staff implementation guides, and personalized itineraries for guests at various events
Provide hands-on event staffing and oversight
Assist with numerous projects simultaneously ranging from hotel room blocks to concierge email responses, to ticketing management
Generate recap documents of each event including key metrics and recommendations
Manage inventory, track shipments, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of uniforms & gifting materials
Provide regular inventory and fulfillment status updates to internal stakeholders
Additional projects as assigned, which may include: assistance on other events/programs, competitive research, POVs, property research, etc.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
At least 1 year of related experience, previous hospitality experience is preferred
A team-player who wants to know what others are working on and wants to help
A self-starter who can balance multiple projects on strict timelines simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable in working with various personalities
Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
Ability to thrive under pressure and problem solve; offering creative solutions
A go-getter who demonstrates initiative and embraces new challenges
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Though not a requirement, fluency in a second language is a plus
A jetsetter: your bags are packed and you are excited about traveling
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and work weekends or holidays as needed. Anticipated travel level: Moderate (20-45%)
This position pays $40,000, is overtime-eligible and comes with a comprehensive benefits package.
