Responsibilities
As an Analyst, you will take ownership of client work and contribute to business development efforts, bringing analytical rigor and strategic thinking to complex problems across the sports and entertainment landscape. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and contributing to projects to ensure the delivery of high-quality client outputs, on-time and on-budget
- Managing expectations of clients and internal stakeholders
- Presenting reports, recommendations, and the business implications with clients
- An analytical and strategic thinker who has passion for sports and entertainment
- Someone who is excited by the opportunity to work in a high-growth environment and take on increasing responsibility
- A data junkie who is comfortable structuring complex problems and taking accountability for results
- Someone who can use data to generate actionable insights and communicate their business implications with confidence
- Knowledge of how to use AI to enrich a data-driven narrative with additional industry context
- Someone who enjoys managing multiple projects with challenging deadlines simultaneously
- A self-starter who has meticulous attention to detail
- 2-3 years of relevant research, data analysis and/or media planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (including coursework in fields such as computer science, math, economics, business, statistics, science or engineering)
- Excellent numeric communication skills, including advanced PowerPoint skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA and SQL experience preferred
- Experience with Python, R, or other programming languages a plus
- Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. large language models, automation platforms) to enhance analytical workflows and enrich data-driven narratives a plus
- Proven ability to translate complex data into easily understandable business insights
