Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Accounting Manager based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing financial statements, managing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and maintaining fixed asset schedules. The role also requires analyzing financial data to support decision-making and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Perform monthly close activities including preparing consolidated financial statements.
- Prepare and analyze GL accounts, document and explain variances when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, maintain internal controls, and support external auditors with consolidated reporting.
- Reconcile intercompany accounts, eliminate intercompany transactions, and post consolidation journal entries.
- Experience in managing Journal Entries and expertise in Fixed Assets accounting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Multinational consolidation experience
- Manufacturing experience
