This is a full-time on-site role located in Richmond, KY, for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and driving growth initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will include lead generation, creating and maintaining business proposals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and executing strategies to meet organizational goals. The role will require proactive communication, analytical thinking, and a client-centric approach to achieve success.

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities.
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Expertise in Business strategy and Account Management to drive business goals and maintain client satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and data analysis for tracking progress and performance is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Prior experience in the learning and development or training industry is a plus.
